WHO WE ARE

Ghost Lab MFG started in Kelowna, BC with one simple problem: the aftermarket was full of parts that looked good in photos and failed on the road. Cookie-cutter catalog items built to a price point, not a standard.

We do it different. Every part we make starts with a problem we've actually run into — something that's annoyed us, failed on a ride, or just didn't exist yet. We design the fix, machine it, test it, and if it survives us, it ships.

No shortcuts. No compromises. If the material isn't right, we source better material. If the design isn't right, we run it again. Simple as that.

6061-T6 and 7075 aluminum. 4140 chromoly steel where it counts. Every material chosen for the load it carries, not the price it hits.

FINISH

Looks the Part

Raw machined, anodized, or coated — whatever the application demands. We don't slap on a coat of paint and call it done.

PURPOSE

Aesthetics follow function, not the other way around. If it looks good but doesn't work, it goes in the scrap bin and we start over.

BILLET REARSET BRACKET KIT

CNC machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum rearset system. Full kit includes mounting plate, peg bracket, clevis, and shift link. Precision fit for M8 Softail and Touring platforms.

Machined primary derby cover with Ghost Lab GL logo recess. Fits Milwaukee-Eight 107/114/117. Knurled center medallion, anodized black finish. Replaces OEM cover direct bolt-on.

BILLET FOOTPEG SET

Knurled billet aluminum rider pegs. Wide platform for all-day comfort, aggressive knurl for grip in any weather. Available in raw and anodized black. M8 thread fitment.

HIDDEN KILL SWITCH SYSTEM

Concealed ignition interrupt designed to integrate invisibly into OEM wiring harness. Weatherproof switch, OEM-style connector. Makes a running bike dead in under 30 seconds — for someone who knows how to install it properly.

Side-mount billet aluminum license plate relocation. Integrated LED license light. Low-profile, clean look. Direct bolt-on to OEM frame tabs on Softail models. No drilling required.

PERFORMANCE

ENGINE GUARD RELOCATION KIT

Cleans up the lower engine area by relocating stock crash bar mounting points. Allows fitment of aftermarket guards while maintaining structural integrity. Hardware included, hardware is all stainless.

Billet floorboard mount that allows tool-free removal — twist lock, pull clear. No more skinning knuckles fighting corroded bolts to swap boards or pull primaries. Designed for M8 Touring and Softail platforms with OEM mount points.

INTEGRATED ALARM CONTROLLER HOUSING

Machined billet housing that cleanly mounts and conceals a full alarm module inside the inner fairing on Road Glide and Street Glide models. Designed to look OEM. Uses factory harness routing. No visible wires, no visible module.

LOWER CRASH BAR DELETE COVER PLATES

When you yank the lower highway bars, the frame tabs are ugly. These machined cover plates cap the OEM mounting points cleanly with a recessed GL logo detail. Simple, permanent, clean. For riders who pulled the highway bars and never looked back.

BILLET WIRE MANAGEMENT BACKBONE

A machined aluminum wire routing spine for under-tank and behind-fairing runs. Cleans up the nightmare of zip-tied harnesses on custom builds. Modular sections, snap-in routing channels, powder-coated black. Designed for clean builds where the engine bay is visible.

ADJUSTABLE RIDER POSITION RISER SYSTEM

Precision-machined handlebar riser system with a 1" incremental height adjustment range built in. No stack of washers. No shims. Machined steps, locking set screws, clean look. Designed for the rider who swaps bars more than once and wants to dial in position right.
